Florence visit

Well I’m visiting Florence this week for the first time in over a decade and was wondering if there were any Paneristis around ?
Also if anyone has some special places to visit that I may not have been please feel free to chime in.

Last time I was in Florence was 2015. Get a convertible and check out the countryside. Lunch in a vineyard. Afternoon in the Michelangelo Garden across the Arno, late night visit to the Duomo plaza. Lot’s of pasta and Beef cooked in a heavy skillet with olive oil. Have fun!

Lars, I was just there in October. Trattoria dei 13 Gobbi ( Via del Porcellana, 9R, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy) was an excellent spot that the locals recommended. It's a carb bomb, but their rigatoni was the best I have ever had. The tripe was also excellent.
