My first day as a member of Paneristi

I took the plunge and purchased my first PAM yesterday from the Panerai boutique in NYC online and over the phone. I went with the PAM01084. It was between that or the Base. Went with the seconds hand though the clean dial of the two hander is so classic. Maybe the next one...............LOL It's great to be a part of the Paneristi community.

Welcome to Paneristi! The 1084 is a nice choice as your fist panerai and I'm sure you will enjoy wearing it.

Are you going to keep it on the OEM strap or will you delve into the wonderful world of aftermarket straps? The 1084 is a very versatile model...

I'm wearing on the black calf strap now. It came with a black rubber strap and they gifted me a Assolutamente dark brown strap also. I'll be changing them around and probably buy others too as this seems to be a fun part of owning a Pam.
