    Hello and greetings from France
    Thankyou for accepting my membership. I used to visit the previous site occasionally amongst other brands and focus but find myself more and more back in the Panerai fold.
    I have two- my 176 which I brought new back in 2006. Well worn with all sorts of scruffs and marks but just looks better with age.
    My 004 is only a few years with me but came with multiple services and plenty of paperwork. Love the patina of the case .
    I’ve been trying to hold off adding more lately but have a strong need for a 140 in the near future just got to find the right one!

    Welcome and nice duo. The 140 was my first and I think very under-appreciated. The Carbon Fiber dial just pops and pretty limited production at 2,050 pieces (per the millesmation). Good luck with the search.

          Thanks , I agree entirely about being under appreciated. The gold rimmed indices against the dial are a great touch- tried one last summer in the hope it would cure the need but it did the opposite !

            Bienvenue Carl17 ! My first was a 176... with small second , so I can understand your choice ! What part of France (mini GTG ?)

              The 177 is very nice also- mine was in the local jewellers and had previously been persuaded to go with Rolex over Panerai for another purchase but it was only a matter of time before I ended up with a Panerai!
              I am a little bit north of Bordeaux( department 17 ), and you?
