A few days ago I noticed the fang on my power reserve indicator was loose and moving around between the dial and crystal. So I took kt to the Beverly Hills Boutique to get it sent in for service. This is a N series watch that has not been serviced. Full movement service is around $800 plus refinishing the case, which has seen better days. Have not dealt with Panerai service before and am hopeful they can do a good job. While I was in the boutique I saw a brand new 233 for sale. They sales person told me it was the last remaining 233 for sale. Whatever, it sure did look great. Looking forward to getting the refreshed 233 back as it is one of my favorite pieces.

a great piece without a doubt the 233, when it is returned it will be new to be able to enjoy it for many years, I see the price as correct for an in-depth review, change the parts that touch and a good polishing and also a minimum guarantee of 1/2 yearsComment

Its only takes 20 minutes or less to replace the power indicator, probably the hand stick got loose at the hole and came off.The can replace the hand only. You dont have to do a full service.
But these days when you bring a watch to a service the have a fix charge full service or nothing!Comment
